Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is a division of DHL Logistics and a critical part of DHL’s logistics and supply chain global solutions offer. Global trend research, emerging innovations and technologies is a key element of CSI’s remit, so they needed to present these insights to a global audience in the most powerful and engaging way.

Approach

The biggest hurdle we needed to overcome was the complex nature of the research, and to make it digestible, optimised and engaging to a global audience. Our creatives solved this by reshaping the data into easily scannable digital emailers, persuasive social media content and educational resources that drove readers to the landing page to view the full trend report.
