Challenge
BPHA, a Housing Association in the Oxford to Cambridge arc, was undergoing a major business transformation. However, they felt that their existing name and identity might limit their future growth. The challenge was to create a new visual identity that was more future facing, reflecting BPHA's current service offer and future ambitions and values - their commitment to sustainable, affordable housing - and delivering clear differentiation from competitors.
Approach
To give the brand a unique identity, we created a custom marque and font, and a distinctive illustration style to help express the core services of the business. The new visual identity was designed to be modern, recognizable, and aligned with BPHA’s mission. As part of the roll out across all business touchpoints, we collaborated closely with BPHA's workspace design contractors on implementating the idenitty within their new headquarters including key graphics, signage and wayfinding.
