Paul is co-owner and Creative Director of SURE! and like Tim, has notched up 30 years in the creative industry. He’s worked in most sectors, from engineering and hospitality to biotech and finance. For Paul and his creative team, it’s all about crafting compelling concepts that deliver real impact.
He’s passionate and a perfectionist, with creativity at the heart of who he is, both inside and outside of work. That DNA has seen him develop the brand identity for global giants INEOS and even win first place in The National Beard and Moustache Championships.
Away from the office, Paul enjoys travelling in his campervan and challenging himself, whether it's a 1m open-water swim down the Thames, or 3k push-ups in a month for Cancer Research.
Tim is co-owner and MD of SURE! and our marketing mastermind with over 30 years’ experience working in the creative industries. In that time, he has helped accelerate the success of everyone from large multinationals to startups across every conceivable sector from healthcare to automotive.
Tim is passionate about helping the younger generation and is currently a trustee of Coventry University’s Student Union. He also holds board positions for various organisations and has had significant impact as an advisor on local and regional economic developments.
Away from work, he also loves binge-watching Netflix, cooking and swimming – just not at the same time.
George is something of a marketing legend, with over 35 years’ board-level experience, both as a Managing Director and Group Marketing Director.
Not to mention experience in both SME and blue-chip companies across several industries in the UK, Europe and in the USA. And if all that experience wasn’t enough, George is now a non-executive director, a qualified Lifetime Mortgage Advisor, and helps with woodland and butterfly conservation. Is there anything he can’t do?
Jade is our Office and Finance Manager and has five years of experience in customer service. She is SURE!’s brand, culture, and social ambassador, and our resident DJ too! She has also recently completed Level 3 Business Administration.
There’s seemingly nothing she cannot do! It is all down to her positive can-do approach. From organising charity events, social soirees, to making sure all the numbers add up at the end of every month ...Jade has it covered.
Outside of work, Jade loves to stay active by going to the gym and doing yoga. Jade also enjoys drawing, listening to podcasts, reading books, and singing.
Kate is our Planning Director at SURE! and works closely with both our team and our clients to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards.
She has a wealth of experience in marketing backed up with a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a BA (Hons) Communications. So, she officially knows her stuff. All this has been applied both in-house and agency side, which makes her perfectly placed to be our CSD.
When she is not running client services, she loves running the odd marathon or Wolf Run, and even walking over hot coals.
As a Account Manager at SURE!, Hasina has a knack of making sure all projects run on time, on budget and to the highest standards. But it’s not just down to her natural talent, she has also completed her Level 4 Marketing qualification and has over 3 years on the job experience.
Hasina is super organised, a great multi-tasker, has attention to detail and builds strong relationships. No wonder she is everyone’s favourite.
Outside of work, she really enjoys long walks with her dog, Teddy, hanging out with friends and family, baking, travelling, and watching a good movie on the couch.
Darren is our Client Services Director and has been in the media, print and creative industry for over 30 years. He’s worked in many sectors including B2B and FMCG and with a wide range of businesses from start-ups through to global organisations.
Responsible for our client relations you’ll find him working with the Client Services team in support of our clients and promoting SURE! so we become synonymous with outstanding creative throughout the Midlands.
A keen runner, Darren has completed several marathons as well as an Iron Man triathlon and is looking forward to adding to his already impressive medal tally.
Our Account Manager, Lauren, boasts over a decade of design and marketing expertise. With a background that spans both agency and in-house, Lauren excels at collaborating with clients to deliver tangible value through creative project briefs, strategic insights, and effective marketing campaigns.
Her keen eye for detail ensures the high quality execution of initiatives across diverse industries. In her role, Lauren builds and maintains strong client relationships while supporting project planning and coordination.
Off-duty, she's a true adventurer, exploring the outdoors or indulging her creative side in cooking, baking, crafting, and DIY projects.
Craig has poured his passion for design into his creative work for 30 years. Thinking differently and an attention to detail combine to great effect, finding successful solutions with highly polished visuals for clients such as Silverstone, Levi’s and Reebok.
When he’s away from his desk he likes to escape from the noise of the city and is at his happiest in the middle of nowhere with his family. He loves discovering new obscure underground music, playing retro video games, reading novels and comic books, which often influence his work.
As a keen watcher of sport, he can sometimes be found in front of the telly with a pint of Guinness, instead of doing the chores.
With over 25 years of experience in design and development, Dave brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His background in 'design communications' seamlessly translates into digital design and development, where he excels in areas like motion graphics, coding, and 3D modelling.

Richard is a senior event professional with over 30 years’ experience. With a global portfolio spanning Corporate to Government events, he specialises in crafting unforgettable live experiences.

Chris is a copywriter with masses of experience agency-side, working on everything from big-name consumer brands to confidential public sector projects and to niche, brain-achey technical products and services.

He has over 30 years’ experience setting client priorities, building value propositions & messaging for brands and in the delivery of genuinely useful customer research. Danny’s pedigree includes London advertising, regional Agencies of the Year and over 15 years advising companies independently.
When not writing white papers or client recommendations for SURE!, he can be found at Coventry City’s CBS Arena or, paintbrush in hand, completing some new RPG model for his collection.
With over 35 years of invaluable experience in producing creative design and artwork, Neil is a trusted authority in his field. His rich career has seen him collaborate with a myriad of SMEs and blue-chip companies, leaving an indelible mark across diverse sectors with his innovative and impactful work.
